Recruitment Procedure & Selection

Permission
On receipt of demand letter with power of attorney, we obtain permission form the Protector of Emigrants, Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan.

 

Advertising
Vacancies are advertised in prominent newspaper of our Country specifying detailed requirements.

 

Data Bank
A large number of CV’s are available in our Data Bank for the immediate evolution & selection as per demand of Employer.

 

Short Listing

We make short list of candidates according to the requirements of the jobs sent by our employer.

 

Trade Testing

Where skilled persons are required for specific jobs, we arrange practical tests for the candidates to ensure that they posses the required knowledge and standard of expertise to satisfy the job specification.

 

Video Conferencing & Interview

On demand of Employer interview of the workers can be arranged through video conferencing.

 

Final Selection

Candidates of the short list may be interviewed by the Employer or his representative, if so desired, before final selection is made by us. In case the Principal does not wish to send any trade testing team, we extend full guarantee of the selected worker’s competence.

 

Medical Check up

Medical examinations of the selected employees are carried out by approved medical centres and as per requirement s of the host country.

 

Protector Of Emigrants

Every selected employee has to get approval of protector of emigrants, Government of Pakistan. An amount of Rs.4450/-is to e deposited in Government treasury for each employee.

 

Insurance

As per rule of Government of Pakistan, every employee going abroad on employment visa has to be insured for Rs.300,000/- Next of kin gets this amount is case of death or employees disability premium for each employee is Rs.650/- for two years.

 

Foreign Service Agreement

Foreign service agreement is executed between the selected candidate and the employer and we sign this agreement on behalf of the Employer. Copies of Foreign Service Agreement (FSA) are made. Adhesive stamps are affixed on the first two copies of FSA which are meant for the employee & employer. Other two copies are meant each for Protector of Emigrant and for our office record.

 

Booking Of Seats

Booking of seats is done by our office and the employee is informed through fax/phone.

 

Despatch of Workers

Finally the workers are booked as per advice of Employer and their arrival information is given in advance so that workers can be received by the Employer at airport.
